Temperature & Humidity sensor exposed to H2O2 fluid

Hi,

Does temperature and humidity sensors like SHD2 Series and CP-AI-TH-SE can be exposed to H2O2 fluid used in fumigation process at pharmaceutical industry..?

@Bayu the answer from a case raised a couple of days ago is below FYI:

No, SHO2XA2A (Humidity sensor) doesn't withstand decontamination with hydrogen peroxide (H2O2). Nevertheless, we have this solution with SH5 series that will be released in Jun 2025.

CP-AI-TH-SE doesn't withstand decontamination with H2O2 either. It may pollute the sensor chip.
