TC900 Thermostat Setpoint Changed by Itself

For the TC900, i found that sometimes the setpoint are changed by itself to 26 degree celcius. Can we prevent this from happening?

@nathanaelowen11  the factory default setpoint is 26°C, I suspect that the thermostat is going back to default after power failure. Please ensure that parameter 03 is set to 00

Thank you for your reply. I see the factory default is 26°C. I already ensure the parameter 03 is already set to 00 (since its default value). Is it possible due to power blink? Because in the same project i have another pair of thermostat doing duty-standby FCU by turning off the power supply. Those pair of thermostat is not affected.

The one that is changing is the one standing individually, all over the building (76 units), changed to 26 at the same time.
