Hello
I have an M800 Forta actuator installed to operate as 0-10VDC modulating
We have connected 24VAC power on G and G0
We have connected the 0-10VDC cable from the controller on X1 and XM
I have set all the dip switches in the correct position for this purpose (All the switches are OFF)
The actuator is not rotating at all. I modulated the signal with different values between 0 and 10 VDC, but still not operating.
I even tried to short-circuit the VH and VC to G0, without any result
Knowing that in the manual position, the actuator rotates without any obstruction
I have attached some pictures
Please how can I assess the problem, it is a wrong connection or it is an actuator defect?

@roger_maalouly it sounds like a faulty actuator, contact your local support team for the next steps

@roger_maalouly have you toggled DIP switch 9 from OFF to ON and back to OFF with the actuator connected to the valve, this sets the actuator into calibration mode and it will move to both ends of it's travel and set it's stroke range. If this is not done the actuator will not respond the the voltage input signal.
See page 12 of the Installation Instructions for further information.

@CraigEl We have toggled DIP switch 9 from OFF to ON and back to OFF as you mentioned, but still not working. It did not react as it is supposed to do. Actually it did not move at all
