TC303 or TC903 Thermostat set point change with power failure

Suppose a Thermostat (TC303 or TC903) is running in normal condition then a power reset is occurred. After the power reset, the Temperature setpoint is going to a preset value. It is needed to keep the last Temperature setpoint before the power failure & let us update how this setting can be adjust.

For the TC300 the setpoint will always return to the default, this is how the device was designed and cannot be changed in the field. For the TC900 I'm not so familiar with but I suspect it is will have the same behaviour.

I know the factory will do modifications (for a price) if the number of devices ordered are large enough and retaining the setpoint through power cycling has been done for at least one job that I'm aware of. You would need to work with your local product management team to find out if this is possible based on the required quantity of devices.
