Hi, I have just installed 5 x SpaceLogic PM, CO2, VOC, RH, Temp, Touch, BAC/MB - SLPBTCVP2.
The strange thing is 3 out of the 5 don't read any of the PM's. Has anyone come across this before?
Please see below pic.

Hi Nigel, How are you? It seems there might be a disconnect between the daughter board and the main board. Please gently press the daughter board towards the main PCBA. When you close the cover, observe the green LED light on the sensor side. It should stay steady for approximately 10 seconds and then flash once. This sequence indicates that the daughter board is properly connected to the PCBA. However, if the LED light remains steady for 10 seconds and then flashes four times, it means the daughter board is still disconnected.

Hi Santiago,
Yes, this is 100% the issue.
It's strange, it's like the two boards are not connected, like it's just floating. There is no clear connection between the two that I can see. I have sent them all back to Schneider for RMA.
I have a feeling that this is a design issue....
