EPP302 Overridden

Have installed EPP302 in a HVAC duct, it was working normal, it has been 3 months, now the blue colour LED is blinking which means overridden as per the manual. 

Wanted to know what would have gone wrong in this sensor?

-Other sensors connected to the same controllers are working fine.
