suggest some raspberry pi projects that use control system

So i am an Electronics and telecommunication engineering student and i have to make a good project using Raspberry pi. I am bored with Arduino and esp suggest some great projects that i can make and it should include some concepts of control systems

Create a remote PID controller to control the water level in a tank at a remote location (use 4-20mA or 0-10V control valve for control) . Use ESP/Rpi pico to do the PID control and connect the ESP/Rpi pico via LoRa network to Rpi at base location. Use the Rpi to create webpage to monitor and set the parameters on the PID controller.
