Modbus TCP function is only supported if you use FBD. It seems not to be possible in LD. I got a message during the creating of a project with this hint. In any case only 4 Input and 4 Output words are supported. In your case if you want to monitor 6 Bool values you have to put them in one of the 4 WORD with CAN Block.
