Using Different Cable For My ATV12HU22M2

Hi Guys, My soMove cannot detect my Inverter ATV12HU22M2 , im not using TCSMCNAM3M002P  cable, im using USB to RS485 , does this inverter only support cables recommended by schneider or can use other cables?

Normally you can use any USB to RS485 adapter. I did some tests with atv320 and it works in all cases successfull. Maybe check your wiring or your selected virtual com port in SOMOVE.

Are you sure you have a USB to RS485 cable, and not just a USB to RS232 cable?

USB to RS485 aren't all that common.  Generally I end up using a USB to RS232 and then an RS232 to RS485 converter.
