It's need to check one thing for customer is that TeSys island Function block in Global Library is not working in S7-PLCSIM application.
Is it no way to use Simulator with TeSys island block as other function blocks?
(Error message when Simulation running)

Do you have the option in your Project for 'Support simulation during block compilation' selected?
I would have expected even Know-How protected blocks could be compiled for Simulation support. But only if you've got it selected in your project.
