If you download a project via Operator Terminal Expert 3.2 to HMI the Firmware will be updated. EOTE will upgrade downgrade always the Firmware of the HMI.

So far I now a reloading of the VML file will not work in EOTE. The VML file contains the firmware and the compiled project file. To open it in the software you need the EOTE project file.
