I am trying to connect two SCADAPacks via RS232 (port 3) using a cable with RJ45 ends for bench testing purposes. There is normally a radio connected to a Scadapack.
I made a cable using Cat6 with pinouts 4-4(gnd), 5-6(RxD to TxD), and 6-5 (TxD to RxD). This cable is connected to port 3 on each RTU. The ports have been configured in RemoteConnect but comm is not successful between the two RTUs. Is there anything that I need to check or do to establish communication?
Thanks in advance

Good day,
In the serial port settings did you disable RTS? (By default flow control is on)
