Hello, Recently there was a problem, there is a 1.1 kW motor connected to the Altivar312 inverter, the problem is that after the enable signal is given, the start occurs but the motor rotor does not spin up, as a result, an OCR error (overcurrent) appears after a few seconds. The frequency is set from the siemens controller (signal 4 .... 20mA) in the PID controller mode, the maximum operating frequency is 11 Hz, I changed the ACC parameter from 3 seconds to 1.2, the voltage support parameter (Ufr) from 10 to 100%, I selected the curve profile "U", control law Mc = const. After changing the parameters, the problem disappeared, but after 2 weeks it reappeared. The engine drives the screw pump, the pumped liquid is oil. Please tell me what other parameters can be changed or other options for solving the problem. Thank you in advance.

Hi
First of all, please check the motor parameters using the motor type plate. Specially UNS,FRS,NCR,NSP,COS.
After that it is important to do an Motor-tuning. It is described in the programming manual of the ATV312.
If the error still occurs, set the UFT parameter to SVC.
Greetings
