Hello,
I'm having an issue in Control Expert V15.2 where when I open up the DTM browser and attempt to connect to any ATV340 listed in the DTM browser I get a message saying: "Impossible to go in on-line mode" and then fails to connect. The ATVs have all been configured, I can ping them, run them from the program, and also connect to them via SoMove. Has anyone else encountered this issue before? I'm wondering if there's a setting in Control Expert I'm missing or some adjustment I need to make before I can connect to the drives in Control Expert?

My apologies. I'm newer to Control Expert (coming from Studio 5000). I'm not sure what you're referencing by master dtm?

@JSIA22 Please see the attached image below. Please make sure the IP, Gateway & Subnet mask set in the tool is the same as the device.
To launch this view in Control Expert double click on BMEP58_ECPU_EXT ( Master DTM ) and go to device list and set IP address, Subnet mask , Gateway and DHCP.
Once Set you should be able to connect
