Operator Terminal Expert : Selected image cannot be read

Hello everyone,
I have a problem with EcoStruxure Operator Terminal Expert 3.5 Pack 1. When I use images and start the simulation, all images are replaced by the following text:

"The selected image cannot be read. Select a different image."

I am using images from your library, but I have also added my own. The result is the same.

Has anyone encountered this issue before? How can I fix it?

I have tried on my side and it works fine:

I have added the images into the next path in my pc:

C:\Program Files\Schneider Electric\EcoStruxure Operator Terminal Expert 3.5 Service Pack 1\Buildtime\PropertyDefinitions\ScreenDesign\GraphicObjects\04-Cliparts

Maybe you can try:

1) Open the Operator Terminal Expert as Admin.

2) Make a repair of the Software (maybe uninstall and install again)

3) if the problem persist contact the tech support in your country:
