Hi,
The steps I mentioned in my reply to your previous post (https://community.se.com/t5/Industry-Automation-and-Control/EcoStruxure-Process-Expert-update-and-ha...) are still mostly valid. However, you can use the Executable backup from your PLC and do all the steps manually to convert the IO mapping , comms etc or you can get hold of your local Schneider services team who has access to a migration tool (https://www.se.com/za/en/work/services/field-services/industrial-automation/modernization-and-upgrad...) that does it automatically. Note if you do this outside EPE (Process Expert) you would not be able to go back to use it with EPE.

Thank you Sir for your reply. Your previous reply also helped me a lot. But since I am a beginner in Schneider electric so I need guidance in every step. i will be looking forward to your continuous support.
When i tried to upload Quantum PLC program by Control Expert I got following error " Transfer project from PLC failed. The project in PLC does not contain valid upload information". What is your suggestion?

If the PLC does not contain the upload info, it means it was downloaded with the project setting not to include it. This was often done on Quantum plc's as it takes up memory but drawback is you cannot upload it.
All is not lost though, if from PES you can go into 'Refine online' mode from the Topology editor, it means the programme in PLC is consistent with the programme in PES database.
To get it out of PES is a bit of a mission, you need to go to the Repository window in the Engineering client. Browse to <your System>/Project/UPRO/<PLC name>. Open the details and you will find the executablexef and project.stu file which you can save on your local PC.
I cannot recall if PES3.1 as option for shared folder like the later versions. You can check under the settings window in the Server console if there is option to specify shared folder. If that is the case, instead of using the repository, you can specify a local path and restart the PES server. (You will need to stop the server in order to go into the settings). After restart in the Engineering client topology editor, open the executable (Not 'Refine online'). You should be able to save the programme to the shared folder you specified in the settings.
