Control Expert V16.0 Default Project not created

Hello, I just installed Control Expert v16.0, but I encountered a problem when trying to create a new project. I am unable to create a new project or open an existing one. I don't know what's going wrong. I have the license key, and my operating system is Windows 11 Pro. Could you help me understand what might be causing the issue?

I'm stuck at this point, and I can't find any further explanation about this issue on Google.

EcoStruxure Control Expert V16.0 does indeed support Windows 11. If you are experiencing any issues, I recommend performing an installation repair and then checking the software again.
