We have HMI for our Vigil Ohm Range IMDLRDH reference.

The main use of HMI is to get the Modbus signal from IM20H and IFL12H and display it.

But when the fault signal from both IM20H and IFL12H is received only IM20H fault screen is getting displayed and IFL12H fault signal is not displayed.

I have attached the video for reference; it is displaying only "Insulation Fault" which is signal from IM20H but should also display "Insulation Fault A1" as next screen.

Rarely it is working as expected, but most of the time issue is there.

Project is designed using Vijeo Designer v6.2.8.12 SP8 and SoMachine logic builder v4.3

We don't have the person who actually designed this project, can someone help us to look into the project files and fix this issue.
