I am trying to communicate my BME NOC 0301 with TSX ETG 100 module and although am able to establish communication between the two am not able to get data of all the modbus devices connected to TSX ETG 100 on NOC moudle (only 7 out of 10 are getting online). For better understanding am attaching the device configuration snapshot.
One more issue which am facing is while establishing communication with Moxa Gateway, the gateway is communicating with Qunatum NOE module but when I am trying to communicate this with NOC module its not giving any data. Port defined in moxa for this communication is 502. Any support will be greatly appreciated

Hello,
On third snapshot, Access Control is activated.
You should add slaves' IP addresses (199.28.129.75 and 199.28.129.151).
Or disable Access Control to test.

Considering that the slaves are gateways, your poll rate is high. Your polls (rep rate, timeout) should allow for the ETG to be able to query and return data for all the devices, even considering that some devices may be offline. Set the serial timeout in the ETG100 to the minimum i.e. 0.1s.
You have 10 devices, and if each device poll takes 200ms (measure via Wireshark), then either the poll rate or the timeout for each device should be at least 2000ms.
