I currently have an Altivar 320 configured to do the following:
- DI1: When this digital input is activated, the motor runs forward, and the speed is controlled via a potentiometer.
- The minimum frequency (LSP) is set to 6 Hz.
- The maximum frequency (HSP) is set to 60 Hz.
This works correctly.
What I need to add is:
2. DI2: When activated, the maximum frequency should change to 45 Hz, adjustable between 6 Hz and 45 Hz using the potentiometer.
3. Similarly:
- A third digital input should change the maximum frequency to 30 Hz (adjustable between 6 Hz and 30 Hz).
- Another digital input should limit the maximum frequency to 15 Hz (adjustable between 6 Hz and 15 Hz).
How can I configure this on the Altivar 320? Is it necessary to use custom logic, or is there a straightforward way to set this up through the drive's menu?
