HMIGTO4310 freeze when connecting web gate

Hello,

Recently we encountered an issue with HMI GTO 4310 and VJD 6.2 SP12 and web gate.

It looks like it is related to web gate service. 

When we try to connect via web browser HMI freezes.

We tried several web browsers and the result is the same.

When web gate is disabled and we try to connect HMI works properly.

Have someone met such "functionality" ?

Necessary files that needed, things may be you faced a problem. I have therefore placed them in the link attached, as it is very difficult to find all the files together. I am also sharing two videos showing how it is done. I hope this is helpful.

Hi,

Solution is to install HF2 for SP12 to VJD.

It solves the problem.
