Downloading Vijeo designer *.vdz file through a router

Hi, 

I am using Vijeo designer basic 1.1. And the target HMI I use is GXU 3512.

Now my goal isto connect Vijeo designer through a VPN router and download the application into it.

I have tried using the help given in Vijeo designer. But the necessary fields appear deactivated..
Kindly help me out pleaseFields for Router IP, Control & Data TCP Port Nos appear deactivated

Please check if you have VJDesigner v1.1 or v1.1 demo. Note that DEMO version does not allow to connect to a device.

If you have the correct version please contact your local support desk for additional support.

We are using Vijeo Designer Basic 1.1. This is the only software that is compatible with GXU-3512 that we are using.

Between the hardware and this software, the remote -download feature seems unavailable. However, this is not critically needed as we are still able to download to device on the local network. Just that it simply appears impossible to dowload over the internet.
