Coolmaster.Net integration with schneider Multitouch Pro

Hello Everyone, 

We are facing a problem in integrating Coolmaster.Net device with schneider electric knx multi touch pro keypad.

We are facing problem in control of HVAC(Samsung) On/Off, operation mode and set temperature through multi touch pro keypad.

Please  help us out in rectifying this problem.
