I need to add BMXP342020H 

but I cant fount it in control expert  I just found BMXP342020

I use trial version

"H" (or "C") at the end of part number indicates hardened version of the module. Here is extract from the M340 catalog:

Functionally it is exactly the same module as the one without "H" (or "C").

You need to select BMXP342020 from the hardware catalog in Control Expert.

ECE does not distinguish between the standard and Hardened versions. Just use the standard version in your programme.
