Analog input module BMEAHI0812 does not detect HART devices from other Vendors

Hello All,

We have a BMEAHI0812 analog input module connected to M580 Standalone PLC (BMEP586040)

The firmware version on the AI module is 1.4 and CPU is 3.20

DTM version of the Mx80 HART Gateways is 1.1.20

The module is online and can detect Schneider Electric HART transmitters ( like RTT15, RTT80 etc) but does not detect from other Vendors like E&H or Yokogawa.

Is there any specific setting or configuration to be done to allow instruments from different manufacturers to be detected by the AI in the instrument status.

Any suggestions or help will be appreciated.
