Altivar 320 Relay output

I have a Altivar 320 and I am trying to set my Relay1 Output to be on when drive is in Run Forward command. I set the I_O parameter according to the manual but when the drive is running the R1 Output is not producing +24V as expected. What am I missing? I want the R1 output to turn on an input on my PLC so that I can write logic to fire a solenoid only when Run Frwd Command is present?????

Hi, how do you wire the Relay output? Relay 1 need in your case also 24V+ on the input [R1C] to deliver 24V+ at the output [R1A] . Did you check this FAQ Video 

If you connect the +24V from the VSD with the relay and then with the PLC you need to connect COM from the VSD with 24V- of the PLC.

Set R1 to "MFrd".
Also check if the electrical connection is correct.
