Could you please assist me in connecting to my new ConneXium TCSESM043F2CU0 switch?
After assigning a static IP address and successfully testing the connection using ping, I’m unable to access the web interface via my browser.
I’ve tried multiple browsers (Edge, Google Chrome, Firefox), but none of them worked.
Thank you in advance for your support.
I have installed Java, added this address to the exception site list, and enabled TLS 1.0 and 1.1, but it still didn’t work

The issue was resolved after opening Internet Explorer 10 using the inetcpl.cpl command on Windows 11 and disabling Java

Glad you got it resolved. Alternative is to open Microsoft Edge and change the setting under the default browser section to allow IE mode.
