I was sent an ATV12 to replace a Hitachi X200.
It's used to power the motor of a machine that bags oysters. The oysters first fall into a weighing hopper, which has two weight thresholds, for example 8kg then 10kg.
I have 3 wires:
The black wire supplies 24V until the first threshold is reached, in which case the motor must run at 50Hz.
The gray wire supplies 24V between the first and second thresholds, so the motor must run at 25Hz.
once the second threshold is reached, the motor stops (no more power to either the black or white wires), emptying the hopper (the black wire is re-supplied, but the motor must not start).
The white wire is energized for one second, and gives the impulse to restart the motor once the hopper is empty.
