mOpcUaSrv task crashed out

I have M241 controllers. It's srashes out sometimes with Err led blicking. In controller's list it says Not Available, when trying to log in with So Machine 4.3. In SysLog folder on the controller I've got this info:

It seems to me that problem is somehow connected with the mOpcUaSrv task. So OPC UA task does not work properly. What can I do about it? May be some system software update or something?
