Cause
Configuring Windows Updates for unsupervised installation can result in an ungraceful shutdown of Virtual Box and Project Configuration Tool
There have been cases where an ungraceful shutdown of PCT or VBox has resulted in a damaged project or a damaged server within a project.
Resolution
All projects within the Project Configuration Tool should be shut down prior to the installation of Windows Updates.
