TM172 Not booting up and green led flashing

Hello, 

I have encountered a problem with my TM172 controller, i was working on it and that suddenly the display wen off, only thing that is on is the first green led and the fourth led (counting from the top) which is flashing 2 straight times without stop unless i unplugg it from power, i also cant connect it to my pc (in communication settings i dont have the com3 available).

Any ideas what caused this and what might be the solution ?

Hello, 

Yes, nothing is shown as soon as i power the controller, the first led lights up green and the forth led starts flashing 2 times continuously, nothing shows up on the screen, pc doesnt detect the  connection, ethernet cable doesnt work either, usb boot not working too

Hi,

If possible, could you please test with an empty program and the TM172P...28 or TM172...42 models using the attached USB cable via a COM port connection instead of the Ethernet connection? After applying please check the 24 supply voltage and  those settings below, the issue might correct itself automatically.

Hello,

it seems the controller is not able to exit from the boot phase, if it is still under warranty, I suggest to return it for analysis.
