M172 - Logger and String Libraries

Hi,

Does anyone know where I can get a copy of the String and Logger libraries for EcoStuxure HVAC?

I believe is the library FS_IEC. 

Find attached an ooooold guide from Eliwell.

( I am not 100% sure if there is one for ESME HVAC)

The Library File was included in the old release for Somachine HVAC.

In the newer release for Ecostruxure Machine expert HVAC these files are missing.

But you can still open the linked Library and rebuilt everything with copy an past into new FB/FCs.

The included functions are used inside the Datalog FB for the easier creating of STRINGs from number values.

I'm not 100% sure about the library you are looking for, do you have a screenshot or something?

FS_IEC is available here:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Schneider Electric\EcoStruxureMachineExpertHVAC\Catalog\FreeAdvance\PLC

String library has been replaced by the embedded function available in the operators and blocks
