HMI Transfer Mode

Hi there!

I'm using an HMI HMIST6500 and I've downloaded a program from Ecostruxure Operator Terminal Expert but I forgot to put a button that can make me go back to transfer mode, so now everytime I start the HMI it will go straight to the program. How can I go back to transfer mode? What can I do? Can you help me out?

You could open the hardware menue via a special click combination LINK

If this feature is disabled you could use the recovery menu which you could open during start up with a special click combination. LINK

The touchscreen isn't very stable. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. There was one time I had to be around 10 minutes doing the click combination procedure until it worked. It was very frustrating. But indeed was the solution. Thank you!
