Error reading parameter 20048 - 20061 of M172 HVAC

  I have a problem when I refresh page to read parameter of TM172, but it fail.

Please raise a bfo case with program backup and the firmware of the M172P , As this not a known issue and we have to check and analyis the same.

Hello the register address 20048 is in the range of the standard  EEPROM values.

The EEPROM values on TM172 could be in the range of 16384...20479.

Please check if you have values in this range and check which typ you have defined.

Maybe this could help to anayse the problem. 

Additional an information about the used ESME HVAC Version and BIOS Version could be helpfull.

It is still necassary to knwo the target version which you select in your application, and to know which version is on the controller. Furthermore it would be important to know if you have EEPROM values in the range which generate the error.

WIthout this information it will be hard to solve the problem.
