Use the Status tag in the MQTT driver Alarm Format message

I noticed that we can provide a timestamp and a value for an MQTT point, and also a status, but the status is not used.  I was wondering if we could utilise it in a similar fashion to how we use status on a DNP3 point, where we can set the point to offline, online, etc. to indicate the health of the reported point.
