Alignment and Sizing Options

I'd like to see some options like Align left, align right, align top, align bottom when building mimics. 

To take it to the max, think of PowerPoint and how when resizing or dragging it'll do some calculations and tell you where the even distance between objects would be and also indicate when resizing when you've reached the border of an object on the same layer. 

And for the folks who love to resize things and never make them the same size, multi select --> make same size.  I cannot tell you how much this one triggers me.  Folks will use the same embed, resize them independently and nothing is the same.  Then when they align them, half of them don't snap to the grid because they decided to hold alt when resizing.   Make same size --> align left. 

I can't tell you how elated I and many others would be for such a simple thing.

I just want to ask how in the world I missed these options.  Like, honestly, I had absolutely no idea they were there.  Not to get too off topic, but do you happen to know when were these added?  2014?
