📖HomeBack When using some older versions of Microsoft Internet Explorer, Internet Explorer freezes after viewing 2-3 mimics or graphs when navigating through the database. This problem was caused an underlying method that controls the links between Internet Explorer and the ClearSCADA web server not being handled correctly by Internet Explorer.
Microsoft has patched and fixed this bug in Internet Explorer with the release of XP Service Pack 2.
The recommended way to correct this problem is to update Internet Explorer with the latest security fixes as downloaded from the Microsoft web site.
In situations where appropriate patches may not be installed, a workaround has been provided in ClearSCADA to handle web client links in a way which bypasses this error.
