Is it possible to configure PME v8.1 to communicate with an iRIO controller, set-up as an Ethernet device?

I have a standalone iRIO monitoring system on a remote site that my client would now like integrating into a new PME system. The iRIO is monitoring 1 no. METSIM10 and 1 no. PM5110 both connected to R2-485 (COM4 UPS-2) and also taking in energy pulses directly from several kWh meters via R1-485 (COM3 internal I/O).
