Hi admin,
I have problem with COMX510.
I havs 2 line Modbus RS485. Now, i connect 2 line to 2 port RS485 of COM'X. 510.
But when I config in web, I see just 1 spot config for RS485. So, I don't COM'X510 can connect and work parallel to 2 port RS485.
Thanks very much

Hello @Anonymous user ,

Bellow : elements of answers provided.
On Com'X devices you have only 1 RS485 port available. Both serial port are internaly connected.RJ45 Modbus port is connected to the RS485 connector.
=> Having 1 serial port settings under the Com'X Web Interface is an expected behavior. Com'X can manage only 1 RS485 communication
=> We do not offer an alternative to EGX200 that have 2 RS485 COM Ports.
Regards.
