Why is there not any available devices in historical views?

Hello team,

It is quite weird for my Com'X510 that there is not any available devices in its monitoring historical view after I backup/restore the configuration Com'X510.

In Real-Time Trending, these are okay.

But in Historical Trending, there is not any available devices.

And double confirmed that the settings of "Data logging" and "Publication" were enabled.

Do you have any experience on this?

Hello Randi,

I didn't do anything for the box, but the Com'X works normally in this week. The data log is ok and the historical view is ok. I don't why? One week ago, I tried to restart the box several times, but the issue was still here, but this week, I checked the box and it recovered.
