White page on Panel Server Web Page - PAS600

Bonjour,

Cet après midi, nous nous sommes connecté pour la 1ère fois à un PAS600 neuf en passant par la Web Page d'un PC portable, connecté directement au PAS600.

Le Panel Server s'est affiché correctement et nous avons commencé à configurer le PAS600 (nom, mise à l'heure).

Nous avons ensuite fait une mise à jour du firmware (de 001.006.000 à 002.001.000), qui s'est bien déroulée jusqu'au redémarrage du PAS600 en vert.

Mais depuis, le Panel Server qui s'affiche est vierge (page blanche) !

A priori on se connecte bien au PAS (pas de défaut), mais rien ne s'affiche à l'écran du Panel Server. 

Nous avons fait un retour du PAS600 à la config usine : le nom du PAS est bien repassé à son nom par défaut, mais toujours la même page blanche.

On ne peut donc plus faire de mise à jour vers un ancien firmware.

This afternoon, we connected for the first time to a new PAS600 via the Web Page of a laptop, connected directly to the PAS600.

The Panel Server was displayed correctly and we started to configure the PAS600 (name, time setting). We then did a firmware update (from 001.006.000 to 002.001.000), which went well until the PAS600 restarted in green.

But since then, the Panel Server that is displayed is blank (white page)! A priori we connect well to the PAS (no fault), but nothing is displayed on the Panel Server screen. We have returned the PAS600 to the factory configuration: the PAS name has been reverted to its default name, but still the same blank page. We can no longer update to an old firmware.
