Release date for new FDM128 firmware?

Hi,

When will a new firmware update be available for the FDM128?

I have a customer who purchased this HMI, and we are both dissatisfied with the presentation of data of his PowerTag Rope R1000.

• kWh readings is in error, I believe it’s a double integer issue. Can see the correct value in the panel server.
• kW A and B show no data.

The device is currently updated with the latest firmware (8.0.37).

I contacted local support back in December, and they confirmed this is a known bug that will be fixed in the next firmware release. At the time, I was told the update would be released as soon as possible. The most recent response regarding the release date was that it would hopefully be this year.

I’m reaching out here to see if anyone has a more serious estimate for the release date.

This HMI is managed by our breaker team and not Panel Server team.
Please log a tech support ticket to raise this issue as a bug.

FYI, 

New version of the FDM128 was recently released:

But I do not think this will correct your issue.

i think you'r right i might not fix the issue. but i will give it a try maybe mext week

Last responce from local support few days ago. is that it will be fixed in next release planned Q2/Q3 this year. fingers crossed!
