Hi,

Trying to add a new powertag 3P(A9MEM1543) to Smartlink Si D (A9XMWA20)

The smartlink, is probebly first generation (2018)

I have added new 2 pole powertags with no problems, but impossible to add 3 pole powertag.                    Search for device function can`t find anything! 

( I have tried 2 different powertags)

Also used latest version of EPC, so everyting is updated.

What is the issue here??

Hello,

Only reference of PowerTag Energy Sensors listed in user manual (screenshot bellow) can de discovered by SmartLink SID.... so  A9MEM1543 is not supported. 
Add (or replace the SmartLink SID) by  a Panel Server PAS 600 for teh A9MEM1543. Modbus mapping is the same for the two gateways.

Hello! WHAT!!  There are other 3p+n listed in your list. There must be possible to make a update for this 3P? Or is there a hardware limitation??

Try convining customers to change GW-devices every 5 year with installation cost, commisioning cost, changes in PME. Easy to say change for you guys, but try to multiplicate that with x times the cost...

THIS is NOT GOOD SCHNEIDER!!!! I can not sell this products, if clearly the same devices range are running out of support.....
