Reset of TH110 Sensors

Hello,

Currently we are changing ZBRN concentrators to PAS600. The main question is how to reset(unpair) TH110 sensors in order to pair them to newly installed PAS600

Hello @Alexander_Akulov

ZBRN can not unpair a TH110, it can only delete the TH110 from its config but the sensor remained paired forever.

As of today there is not handy procedure except the empirical one which is not doable on real set-up. It is recommended to replace all TH110 by new ones paired to the PAS.

PAS like PTL have the capability to unpair the sensor ( delete = unpair if sensors are communicating with the PAS)

Kind Regards

Hello @Alexander_Akulov ,

Please unpair the TH110 from the ZBRN gateway first. This will "release" the TH110 and enable them to be paired with a Panel Server. Refer to the ZBRN user manual.

If you do not follow this procedure, this will be very difficult to pair the TH110 with Panel Server.

Hello @Guillaume_Evrard,

The equipment is already assembled. We have 292 sensors in total. It will be extremely hard to change 30% of sensors without disassembling. In case there is even a little chance that empirical way that may be applied to release sensors will work, we would like to try. Could you please share your experience with us  about any known possibilities to reset sensors?

Really appreciate you support.
