Hello community,
I have a customer who use EcoStruxure Resource Advisor and want to collect data from serveral Power Meters (PM5310) through ComX510.
Is there any document how to register the power meters to ComX510?
In case of the other EAA-ED project I have experienced previously, to import the data from Sepam40 and ZBRN, I was directed to import several data model. Does this kind of data model importing is required for the Resource Advisor case in the above? If so, how can I get the required data model?

Hello,
The PM5320 is a default model on the Com'X or you can create a custom model with only the measurements needed on the Com'X also.
Please see the Com'X user guide on SE.com for more details.
Thanks

Hello,
You have to reach out to Ressource advisor team to identify if you have to use a build in model ( I guess PM5310 is inside) or a predefined model.
For EAA ED you have to use tailored custom models to be loaded on COMX to ensure you get all the information required by the service.

Hello,
Please see the Com'X setup guide for Resource Advisor attached, for custom model creation please refer to the Com'X user guide on se.com.
You can likely use the PM5320 model (there will be a few measurements that may give N/A but the main kWh/kVARh cumulative measurements will be the same registers as the PM5310) or you can create a custom model in the Com'X using the PDM library as reference:
Please ensure that a Service Desk ticket is logged for the RA project so that the Com'X can be registered for that RA client.
Thanks

Hello. Thank you for your advice.
>You can likely use the PM5320 model
Is this the data model ComX510 already has as a default? Or do you mean I should get this PM5320 model from somewhere?
