Pas800L don't shows icons and measurement names

Hi everyone.

I have a customer whose Pas800L doesn't show icons in just one computer. This works normally on other PC's. Is it a web navigator problem?

There's other problem with this device. There isn't all the parameter names on the data report.

The firmware version of this device is the 001.004.00

Please find attached the images of the problem.

In the following image you can see some empty spaces in Measurement Name and Measurement Unit.

I must say that this problem is recent. Some weeks ago it used to show all the Measurement names correctly.

Regarding the 1st problem, no definitive answer but it could be an Ethernet network speed problem. How is the Panel Server connected to the infrastructure network? (via ethernet cable or via a Wi-Fi access point? / if WI -Fi,  do you use the PaS external  antenna for the connection ?)
Maybe it could also be traffic blocked by a firewall ?
I don't know what is possible or not by the customer but a 1st diagnosis can consist in connecting the laptop directly with an Ethernet cable to the Panel Server and verifying that the problem of refreshing the Web page is still present or not.

Concerning the 2nd issue in the csv file: In my opinion and if possible , it make sense to wait the last firmware version 1.5.1 who must be published in few days on SE.com and update the PAS800 to check if it solve the issue then if it does not solve contact the SE support of your country to help on this.

Which browser are you using ?

Have you cleared the cache ?
