Com'X FTP Publication Error

Hi,

Can anyone help on this, I was trying to poll logs from Com'X210 via FTP, but there was a consistent error of Bad Remote Directory.
As per checking on my FTP server logs there was a successful link between Com'X and Server but it failed during the access of the directory.

I have successfully to communicate the FTP server and accessed the directory using different machine (laptop). Also my architecture topology sets only via Direct LAN connection without any middleware or router. Furthermore I have tried to disable my system firewall and anti virus.
