Hi team,
Device - LV434001
Im following the instructions on how to perform a hard reset for this device however it appears nothing happens when button is held for 10sec+, LED not blinking red.
Secondly, when reset is held while powering On, it goes into a boot-mode, instructions states:
Hidden control webpage available, however unsure how to access this page, default IP and SSH cant reach device.
Any suggestions please.

Have you tried to perform a firmware upgrade of your IFE with Ecostruxure Power Commission v2.27.1?
If it has not solved the issue, I have No suggestion except to recommend to contact your Customer Care Center for troubleshooting or replacement of your IFE (to help them in troubleshhoting you can provide them the ecostruxure power commission logs after an attempt or an upgrade of your IFE)

I have managed figure out how to complete the reset:
Step 1:
Ensure the IFE FW is 004.001.000 or higher - it will create SecurityAdmin account. if not, use ecostruxure power commission program to update it using default IP on the side of the device and EPC pin is 0000
Step 2: Hold down the T button until the second set of RED led flash rapidly and release and press once.
Factory reset will reset SecurityAdmin password back to AAAAAAAA
