Part of data not available at PAS600L

we have problem with data shown on webpages of PAS600L, only data power active by phase not available.

Please help me to solve this problem. Thank you

Hello,

Are you able to see the measurements (power by phase) on the device page ( including advanced measurement) ? You might be getting invalid measurements from the PM which is highlighted by the trafic sign.

Can you please confirm if the neutral is connected and configured on the PM5330 meter ?

measurements per phase (such as apparent power for example) can be measured/ calculated only with a neutral.

We solved the problem with change Meter measurement Type into 3PH4W wye gnd same with wiring condition.

Yes but all meter configurations are consistent making it very confusing

Hello,

Are you saying that PM are reported as having invalid value whereas they should not ?

if yes, have you checked the modbus statistics in maintenance to see if you have exception ?

Keep in mind that the synthesis page shown is never automatically refreshed...
