Panel Server - wireless devices support

Does the @Panel Server only support ZigBee wireless sensor/devices from Schneider Electric?

Hello @RPayumo,

If you use Universal Panel server (PAS600) or advanced Panel Server (PAS800), you can also connect  Modbus RS485 products and modbus TCP/IP products
Just Entry Panel Server (PAS400) support only IEEE802.15.4 (equivalent to ZigBee) products
Hereunder the link for the commercial presentation of Panel Server with the maximum of supported product per type (IEE802.15.4, Modbus RS485, Modbus TCP/IP)
Note also that the performance of 100 IEEE802.15.4 products for PAS600/PAS800 announced today in this doc is not reached today with the current firmware version and the limit is 40 (instead100)

Thanks for your response. Understood on the possibility to connect devices through Modbus RTU or TCP/IP. For wireless devices (IEEE 802.15.4), in the technical specification there is something mentioned Other type of device; does it mean it can communicate to any other devices including 3rd party brand as long as it communicate via ZigBee protocol?

No the Panel Server  can communicate only with ZigBee Schneider Electric device.

The  list of supported SE wireless product are available in paragraph Supported Devices / wireless Devices in the release note of each type of Panel Server (DOCA0178EN for PAS 600 and DOCA0248EN  for PAS800)

Third party ZigBee product are not supported.
